Leader in recognition-themed products growing and adding jobs

West Michigan-based Baudville, specializing in corporate gifts and employee recognition, has hired 11 new team members to its outbound sales department in the past six months, and continues to look for more hires.

According to Cori Curtis, marketing communications specialist, the outbound sales department began only three years ago with two people and has been a major catalyst for growth. "We traditionally have been a catalog company,  but have been diversifying our sales channels, of which outbound sales has played a big role," Curtis says. Curtis says the department is now home to 18 individuals.

Besides looking for more sales representatives, Baudville also has openings in product development and brand management. "All our products are designed in-house. We are looking for a person to focus on product development and bringing new products to market. We also have a second brand IDville, and we are looking for a marketing manager to lead this team."
