Lambtini, No. 3 – Going (Down) Strong

I must admit that the first two years of this event have been off my radar, but this year I have narrowed in on the crowning of the Lambtini,  where the attendees help determine the signature drink at Bar Divani.

Throughout the night Bar Divani’s four bartenders will serve up their personal concoctions in the hopes of scoring the winning signature drink for the 2010 menu.  

And guests who order the Lambtini also score impressive items including the much-coveted Lamb discount card.  

The ultimate decision will come down to one of the 10 tasters sitting  at the judging table.  Sadly, I couldn’t serve as a judge because of a time conflict, but I hope to be later to join the fun.
