Perrigo expanding into 50,000-square-foot new space

The world’s largest over-the-counter manufacturer of healthcare products is expanding its offices to accommodate growth.

According to excerpts in the Holland Sentinel:

Perrigo Co. on Monday broke ground on a planned 50,000-square-foot facility near its headquarters in Allegan, providing much-needed office space for the growing company, Perrigo spokesman Arthur Shannon said.

“We’ve had a lot of new hires over the last couple of years,” Shannon said.

Perrigo bills itself to be the world’s largest manufacturer of over-the-counter healthcare products sold under store-brand labels.
