Grand Rapids’ CenterCity is being rebuilt, rehabbed, and revitalized in near-epic proportions, and a proposed new building may very well top anything that’s been created in over ten years. A Brownfield tax abatement is on the table, and construction will begin once that’s approved.

Principals of 275 Fulton Place LLC announced plans to put up a 140,000-square-foot structure on property that is adjacent to Plaza Towers, a residential building.

spokeswoman Lena Stob told the Business Journal that at least three-quarters of the total space — 105,000 square feet — will be set aside for offices.
