Restaurant proposed for former Rockford museum

The property formerly belonging to the Rockford Area Historical Museum (soon to be housed in the former county building) may become a new restaurant. 

According to an excerpt from the article:

The proposal in question, which lays out plans for a restaurant with outdoor seating space overlooking the Rockford Dam, was submitted by local lawyer and entrepreneur Thomas Cronkright, who was given an opportunity to present his proposal to the City Council earlier this week. Cronkright is the founder of numerous businesses, including Jade Clothing, created in 2003 with his wife Julie, and Cronkright Ventures, a commercial real-estate renovation company.
