In Grand Rapids, Sioux Falls city planners see a model for medical development

Over the past 20 years, millions of dollars in investment have spurred major medical development in the core of Sioux Falls, SD. Now, as that development moves outside the city’s center, Grand Rapids’ own medical development may inspire city planners to grow up rather than out.
