Muskegon is getting the mother of all makeovers. After demolishing an indoor mall at the heart of downtown, and prepping the shore of Muskegon Lake for new residences and businesses, civic leaders are racking up the pace of redevelopment. So there's an air of confidence in the largest city on Michigan's West Coast.
