GR’s “restaurant among the stars” opens after renovation
Three months after closing for a $1 million renovation, the city’s only “restaurant in the sky” is the trendiest destination in town.
According to excerpts from the story:
The 25-year old Cygnus restaurant in the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is now Cygnus 27 and has reopened with designers touting a new image that is intended to make the restaurant a destination.
This is the second renovation of the four-diamond restaurant prompted by customers’ desire for a more contemporary restaurant, according to Andrew Bowen, Amway Grand Plaza Hotel general manager and food and beverage director.
