State’s largest commercial realty office expands downtown
After adding new advisors and support staff, and undergoing a company merger, Michigan’s largest commercial real estate firm needs some new, and bigger, digs.

The recently merged firm of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce announced today that it will consolidate its Grand Rapids operations and expand its office footprint.
The largest commercial real estate firm in West Michigan, G&E|PC will integrate its two downtown locations into a single corporate headquarters at 300 Ottawa Ave. NW. The Firm will also expand its presence in the building to accommodate the additional commercial advisors and support staff who joined the organization after the September merger.
