Orion Construction recently added two new professional staff to its growing team. Richelle Krueger is joining the firm as a project manager, and Matt Anisko as the new quality assurance manager and safety director.
According to Deb Filipiak, marketing director, Krueger brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and Anisko brings over 10 years. Both hires are the result of several large projects Orion has begun working on throughout the state, including the Hyatt Place and an apartment complex in Lansing.
Orion is a 13-year-old multi-service construction company, active throughout the Midwest. Orion provides general contracting, construction management, design/build services, and sustainable/LEED consulting across a wide variety of business sectors.
Filipiak says the relatively small size of their firm is one of its biggest assets. "We are not a huge firm like some of our competitors. The management staff are intimately involved in the projects. When we are hired, nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Our executive staff is as much in tune with the projects as the site superintendents."
