Muskegon-based law firm
Parmenter O'Toole has added Horia Neagos to its litigation department. Neagos, a Muskegon native, spent the last five years with the Wayne County prosecutor's office.
Will Meier, partner, says the addition of Neagos is a perfect fit for the firm. "We were looking for someone with strong courtroom experience. There is a big challenge in finding a young attorney with that type of experience."
Meier adds that Neagos also has the perfect personality for the position. "He is outgoing, aggressive, and competitive. You have to be wiling to fight and advocate hard for clients, plus think on your feet."
Born in Romania, Neagos moved to Muskegon in the eighth grade and graduated from Mona Shores High School. He completed his undergraduate degree in Social Sciences at Spring Arbor University and received his law degree with Honors from Michigan State College of Law. Neagos will devote 100 percent of his practice to litigation.
