According to the story:

When the 5,000 attendees of the Midwest Industrial Woodworking Expo hit Grand Rapids' DeVos Place today, Stiles Machinery Inc. was ready. Ready to unveil its new $1 million call center, that is.

The formal dedication took place yesterday. Today and tomorrow, shuttle service will transport tradeshow attendees—the Midwest's leading furniture, cabinet and fixture manufacturers—to the state-of-the-art call center at 3965 44th Street SE for hands-on demonstrations on a range of woodworking equipment.

Customer service, 24/7 technical support, spare parts ordering, and distribution all function within the 5,000-square-foot facility. The company employs 229 and will hire more, but did not specify numbers.

Stiles' leaders predict an 11 percent sales increase this year.
