According to the story:
After surviving a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Rowe International has just banked $1 million from its diversification into digital bar top song selection software. Rowe still makes jukeboxes, something it's been doing for 82 years, but the addition of digital music software, Kwik Pick, has created changes in the way they do business.
The software tracks titles of the most-played songs on individual jukeboxes. Songs are stored on a hard drive, or can be selected from 300,000 songs on Rowe's Internet server in Chicago. Production shifted to Grand Rapids from a sister company in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
The company is also producing bar top games, and is adding staff to handle the new product lines.
