The Holland Sentinel reports that the final parcel of real estate of the Midtown Center renovation is sold and slated for a major revamp.

The final piece of the Midtown Center block has sold and now has a purpose.
The gymnasium annex of the E.E. Fell Junior High School on 16th Street has been sold by the Dwelling Place to Evergreen Day Center LLC, a subsidiary of Evergreen Commons.
The Dwelling Place remodeled the junior high school into the Midtown Village apartments for people 55 and older. Midtown Village opened in October.
The gymnasium will be remodeled to be used by Evergreen Day Center for people with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other physically limiting conditions, said David Knibbe, president and CEO of Evergreen Commons.
