Comstock Park is located in Kent County just south of Grand Rapids. It is a small community with all of those small town country charms just a short drive from the more cosmopolitan lifestyle of Grand Rapids. Comstock Park is probably most famous as the home of the West Michigan Whitecaps, an affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The Mill Creek Water Wheel is a well-known historic landmark located in the Dwight Lydell Park downtown and is another attraction for visitors.
