With residential development happening all over the downtown area, the owners of Grand Central Market and Deli have stumbled upon a brilliant business plan: There are people living around here, and these people need groceries.

“I think we’ve kind of been filling that void,” said co-owner Andrew Armstrong, who opened the Monroe Center store/deli in November with Jason and Ryan Wheeler. “We’re trying to be known as a full-service grocery.”
