Downtown docks for boaters, a giant performing arts center, hotels and restaurants, a six- to eight-story glass atrium in the middle of an Italian-style piazza. Those are the dreams being cast for 16 acres of riverfront property used now to park city snowplows and garbage trucks.
Yet, for all the dreaming, there still is plenty of mystery left in the three “letters of interest” submitted to city officials Friday. The letters were made public this morning.
The city has put a $35 million price tag on the land. (
