Santa Crawl – Get Your Ho Ho Ho On

The holidays make us want to do crazy things. Returning this year to the season of festive fun is the annual Santa Crawl hosted by Grand Rapids Bar Crawl.

As in past events, the GRBC is a chance for night people to board a bus and tour many of the area’s favorite bars, often while dressed in a themed outfit.  Past events have included Halloween costume contests as well as an ’80s night crawl.

Santa Crawl attendees are encouraged to wear Santa hats, curly white beards, belts and boots as they ride through the night in style on a GRBC bus. 

The night begins at the Sazerac Lounge at 7 p.m., where guests will board the bus and crawl to a different bar every hour spreading holiday cheer everywhere we go. All stops are a secret as they make their way around town, meeting new people, seeing local nightlife and bringing the party everywhere they go. In fact, there is a very special stop that is unlike any other and incentive enough to plop down the 40 bucks to get in on the action.

By joining the crawl you will reserve your seat, be treated to first class service all night long including no cover charges, no waiting in lines, Santa Crawl drink specials at area bars and party games including a good and a bad Santa contest, so get creative.

And if Santa is not your bag, you can Ms. Santa, Santa Helpers, Elves or any other holiday costume characters. Sure, there are plenty of options for holiday fun, but this one is just a laugh-out-loud, all-night event, happening only once a year.
