Southwest Airlines announced this week that it has linked its network with AirTran Airways.
According to an excerpt from the article:
The move means fliers using AirTran in Grand Rapids will, starting April 14,
be able to plug into Southwest's larger network, said Phil Johnson, Ford Airport's deputy executive director.
According to Southwest, the network meld means fliers are able to access the carriers' combined 97 locations.
