Experience Grand Rapids to hire customer service ambassadors at GRR

Gerald R. Ford International Airport will soon see customer service ambassadors, complete with iPads, to help travelers find their way around the city.

According to excerpts from MLIVE:

Ford Airport’s Board on Wednesday morning approved a 1-year, $87,500 contract with Experience GR to hire customer service “ambassadors” to patrol the airport terminal building, iPad in hand, to assist travelers with airport questions or in finding hotels, restaurants, local attractions and the like.
