Local green builder expands operation
Kari Chaffee recently joined the staff of Bazzani Associates as associate broker. She will help expand the company’s business portfolio to include a full range of commercial and residential real estate services. The sustainable construction, development, and architecture firm will now also offer real estate sales, buyer representation, relocation services, and investment analysis.
Chaffee bring tens years of real estate sales to the Bazzani Team. Sales Associate Rachel Lee also will play a role in the company’s new real estate division. Both Lee and Chafee will advise clients on “green” remodeling and energy efficiency options for home construction and renovation projects.
The new venture will target its efforts in the metro Grand Rapids area with a special focus on neighborhood improvement and revitalization.
