Most three-year-olds can be awkward, but not SpeakEz. When SpeakEz opens their doors on Saturday to celebrate three years of existence, they will be inviting all the diverse groups who are entertained (or do the entertaining) back to help blow out the candles.
What makes this bar worth celebrating this Saturday is not just the incredible beer specials, but that this place has pushed the entertainment envelope by programming everything from live jazz to expanding their line-up to include new faces out and proud in the open. Additionally, the Grand Rapids Football Club will be debuting their 2015 new uniforms. This fashionable moment will be missed if you arrive after six (uniform is revealed at 6 p.m.).
Later in the evening, at 9:00p.m., SpeakEZ will welcome to the stage a bar favorite, Chicago's Common Shiner. It is a great way to welcome in the new month.
