A playful new exhibit opened Wednesday at the Holland Museum called "Smile, Stories of Holland" featuring hundreds of images representing the city's cultural past, present and future.
More than half of the exhibit, which runs through August 28, is composed of candid photos of Holland residents.
According to excerpts from the story:
"Smile" combines hundreds of images from the museum's archive, the Joint Archives of Hope College, private local collections and professional shots by Holland-area photographer Brad Bruce. A celebration of the people of Holland, the exhibition was conceived long before the city ranked No. 2 on the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index in February.
