After an extensive design charrette outlined desired changes for the Village of Ada, township officials are moving to the next step in implementing the redesign of the historic village. A reputable planning company will work to establish zoning regulations which will be submitted to township officials and an advisory board for review.

Ada Township officials are taking the next step in redesigning the historic Ada Village.
Since receiving the results from the Ada Village Design Charrette in February, the Board established a contract with ACP Visioning & Planning to develop new form-based zoning regulations and revisions for the Ada Village.
ACP Visioning & Planning will spend the next three months reviewing the land development regulations in the Village, keeping in mind the results from the Ada Village Design Charrette and the suggestions from Township officials and residents on how to redevelop the Village.
