Row houses bring urban-style living to the banks of the Grand River

As Grand Haven continues to attract new businesses and year-round residents, one of the lakeshore’s largest mixed-use developments broke ground on the latest phase of residential construction to accommodate the influx of people.

As Grand Haven continues to attract new businesses and year-round residents, one of the lakeshore’s largest mixed-use developments broke ground on the latest phase of residential construction to accommodate the influx of people. Crews began work on 15 urban row houses set in an area within walking distance of shopping, an amphitheater, and dining along the Grand River.

According to excerpts from the story:

Construction of a completely residential segment of the Grand Landing development got under way Monday.

The Adams Avenue Row Houses will be built along the north side of Adams Street, between Fourth and Sixth streets. A model is anticipated to be open in the spring.
