Parkland Properties of Michigan has branched out from downtown Grand Rapids and turned its attention to the company’s first project in downtown Muskegon. The company recently launched a Web site for HighPoint Flats and held an open house for the public in late June.

HighPoint Flats is located in the former Hackley Bank building, a 90-year-old, eight-story building. The project includes 70 condominiums in the historic building, plus an ultra-modern addition with room for retail.
