It may be a 19th century building, but Hackley Public Library is undergoing changes to make it user-friendly in the 21st century.
The stately library’s “East Room,” which currently houses books, CDs and DVDs as well as work tables, is going to be transformed into a computer room, complete with a newly refurbished portrait of Charles H. Hackley.
