to excerpts from the story:

nine-story condominium, hotel, retail and parking complex would replace a
parking lot near Van Andel Arena under a plan submitted to the city Friday.

Area 5 lot.
An
integrated parking ramp would include 295 public spaces and 150 spaces reserved
for condo owners. A pedestrian bridge over the U.S. 131 Business Route would
connect the building with the neighboring proposed 13-screen cinema.
