City of Montague planners got their first look at a proposed $15 million single-family housing development.
The 29-unit development is planned for a 6.5 acre parcel that used to be the site of the Ravenswood Resort. It is located on Old Channel Trail, southwest of Columbia Avenue, and is owned by Mike Summers.
The parcel has frontage on White Lake, and the plan includes boat slips, swimming pool and a large central green.
