Holland invests $300K in campaign to attract best, brightest talent

The statewide quest to attract and retain top workforce talent just a got a boost with a new plan from the City of Holland to create marketing materials that will draw new talent to the area. A second part of the plan aims to retain the talent that’s already in residence.

OTTAWA COUNTY — The City of Holland is planning to use a DVD and website to attract the best and brightest to get people to move and stay.

Holland's spending $300,000 over the next three years in marketing. Specifically working with a consultant on a DVD and website. They're not just advertising to people outside the area. Part of the plan is aimed at people who work in Holland and commute.
