Waters Realty & Development Inc. formed what it's calling a joint venture with Three Oaks Development of Ann Arbor and Trio Real Estate Services in Grand Rapids.
The three companies on Jan. 1 joined forces, while retaining individual identities, but will share a brand in western Michigan under the Waters Realty name. Waters Realty is owned by Waters Corp. and resides in the Waters Building downtown.
