The Hideout Brewing Company reports impressive growth, new bacon-based beers
With an ever-expanding line of creative and collaborative brews, Grand Rapids’ The Hideout Brewing Company has seen incredible growth and expansion since January. The brewery heads into the fall with a wide range of interesting beers on tap at their Plainfield Avenue location – and increasingly available on draft around the region.
According to the article:
“The goal is to get bigger and bigger,” says Mike Hermann, Operations, Distribution and Supply Manager at The Hideout Brewing Company. “In January we were sending at about three and half barrels worth of beer a month, and this month we’re at 113 barrels.”
That’s an increase of about 3200% in 10 months.
