Torch Success expands space to add new staff

Brian Bosley of Torch Success has recently moved his current one-man operation from a single office to a four-office space on Division Avenue and Fulton.

A business coach that focuses on helping firms that have anywhere between two and 300 employees with sales marketing and leadership, Bosely has been running Torch Success for over ten years. Prior to that, he did similar work for American Express.

“While I was there, I learned that I had natural teaching ability and leaderships skills,” says Bosley, a Central Michigan University graduate who majored in Finance.

Currently, Bosley, who originally had clients scattered across the country, now works exclusively within the community.

Bosley says that his desire to “drive the economy” lead him into his line of work and that being what he calls a “lone wolf” kept him working alone for a majority of Torch Success’ run. However, because his business has grown so big (400% in the last year, he claims), Bosley has plans on hiring roughly 13 consultants within the next year.
