Grand Rapids Community College President Juan Olivarez received rave reviews for the sixth year in a row during his annual evaluation Monday.

 

Olivarez was cited by the Board of Trustees for a media awareness campaign for the college’s foundation, which has raised $4.2 million toward a $10 million goal, and for doubling the number of minority faculty hired between the 2004-05 school year and the current year, among other accomplishments.
