Restoring a Terra Cotta Temple

Resurrecting the historic D.A. Blodgett Home involved reintegrating 10,000 bricks picked to match the building facade, rebuilding four 36-foot terra cotta columns, and replicating and reassembling more than 1,200 individual architectural pieces. No wonder people call the project monumental.

Art Snacking at the Blodgett

The reclaimed D.A. Blodgett Home will serve as the headquarters for a local nonprofit organization. But with plans for regularly rotating exhibits of paintings and pictures, the building will also function like a mini museum.
