Minneapolis tech company acquires GR firm, will add 15 employees

According to the story:

Minneapolis-based Corporate Technologies, LLC is on the acquisition trail, looking to add compatible technology businesses to the computers and phone systems services and consulting they already provide in Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Southern California. On April 6, they merged with the Grand Rapids technology firm Computer Products and Resources, Inc. (CPR). The combined companies plan to add 15 employees.

CPR serves all types of West Michigan businesses and industries, providing custom data center and managed services technology, training, security services and other services. The 25-year-old company will retain CEO Jerry Engle as a consultant for the next 18 months to assist with the transition.
